Karndean LooseLay, with its innovative friction grip backing, is a loose lay product that can be installed over almost any floor. Perfect for temporary and permanent use, Karndean LooseLay is perfect for rooms where you require access to underfloor services, are interested in changing out the flooring frequently, want to reduce sound passing to rooms below, and so much more. We have a large selection of sample boards from the LooseLay range in our showroom, for you to come and look for yourself.

Rona Stone from the Knight Tile collection brings you an authentic stone look with none of the coldness underfoot or sealing requirements associated with real stone flooring. It has the tumbled and filled look of real stone in warm earthy tones and has pattern details that bring realism and interest.

One of the darkest tiles in our Knight Tile collection, Cumbrian Stone, combines smoky charcoal and carbon tones in a contemporary wider scale 18×12″ tile format. Because of its darker colouring and durability, this floor is very practical for pets, and is easily personalised with corresponding design strips and Mosaic or Macintosh borders.

Featuring subtle copper tones and a limed finish, our Classic Limed Oak planks have a soft texture to replicate their distinctive grain pattern. Available in a wider than usual format of 36×6″, Classic Limed Oak works well with neutrals as well as bolder, brighter colour palettes.

As seen on Sarah Beeny’s ‘Double Your House for Half the Money’. Our Pale Limed Oak planks feature bleached blonde and honey tones with very realistic colour variation between planks. A very practical neutral flooring option, Pale Limed Oak is available in a wider than usual 36×6″ format.

Victorian Oak is a really classic choice. It has the instantly recognisable oak grain in an accessible and authentic mid brown. Particularly versatile, it looks great laid on an angle with a border or subtle keyline to finish the look.

Create real impact with the large plank format and weathered timber appearance of Magna from the Opus plank range. Equally at home in rustic, traditional spaces and more modern urban interiors, the cool brown and unfinished look of Magna offers a really distinctive style.

Niveus brings a subtle lime effect to a gentle light wood, creating a distinctive grain defined by its cool highlights. In our largest plank format for a spacious feel and convenient fitting, Niveus provides a versatile backdrop to any space.

The large, rectangular tiles of Urbus, from the Opus stone collection bring a stormy mix of light and mid grey tones to this travertine inspired stone tile effect. Reflecting the trend for larger tiles in poured concrete colours, Urbus looks great when coupled with a contrasting grout effect strip.

Terra has a warmer more earthy tone than its counterparts in the Opus stone collection. More reminiscent of a travertine pattern, its neutral hue makes for a really versatile backdrop to your interior. Highlight its rectangular tile by choosing a contrasting grout strip for that personal finishing touch.

Meticulously replicating the distinctive look of smoked oak, our Charred Oak planks radiate bold warmth with striking visuals. With dark, golden amber tones and dusky charcoal brown characteristics, this wood effect design bring character to modern spaces.
